We are a "Class A" ONLY Motor Coach Resort. Minimum length 30feet. All other types of RV's prohibited. We have a 10 year screening on motor coaches 10 years or older. We will request pictures for management approval, if paint is fading or chipping it will not be approved. Full body paint is required, no decals allowed. Our rental rates are set by location and different quality levels of on-site amenities. Sites are individually owned and the general criteria within these categories may vary. Some rental sites are also for sale and are subject to change.

Check-in time is after 3pm but no later than 10pm.
Lots are NOT guaranteed they are subject to change.
Motorcoaches 10 years or older needs management approval.
Motorcoach is to be kept in "like new" condition. Defined as free from fading, chipping, peels, cracking or rust. Full body paint. Decals upon approval of resort. No advertisement allowed of any kind on motorcoaches or tow cars.
30 day cancellation policy for one month or more. $500 deposit will be nonrefundable if not cancelled according to the policy.
3 day cancellation policy on all reservations of less than a month. If not cancelled prior to 3 days before check in date, there will be a charge of a one night stay applied without refund.
Rate Changes
There is a $10 per person/per day fee for extra guests (fee for 2 guests is included in the daily/monthly rental).
No more than 6 guests per lot.
Fees will be added when we receive your reservation after you've booked.
Rates are subject to change during Coachella Fest & Stagecoach weekends. Please contact us for prices. During the event weekend the rate per person will go up to $20 per day.
